This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, packed, shipped, and delivered across India.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities, towns and serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our support team will contact you with alternate options or issue a refund.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed:

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:

Periodic delivery status updates from the courier partner

6. Delivery Attempt Rules
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
Delivery may fail if:
Address is incorrect/incomplete
Recipient phone is unreachable
Customer is unavailable
Delivery is refused
Reshipping charges may apply or refund may be issued after deducting shipping costs.
7. Delivery Safety & Packaging
To ensure freshness and product safety:
All products are packed in food-grade, sealed, airtight packaging
Packaging is tested to prevent spillage, leakage, tampering, or contamination
Parcel handling follows standard safety and hygiene protocols
8. Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Deliveries
If a shipment is delayed or stuck:

2️⃣ We coordinate with the courier
3️⃣ If the package is officially declared lost, you receive refund or replacement
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, uncontrollable events, or customer unavailability.
9. Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not support international shipping.
PO Box delivery is also not available at this time.
10. Change of Address After Ordering
Address changes are possible before dispatch only.
Once shipped, address modification is not guaranteed and may delay delivery.
