1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

Important: Due to health & safety reasons, opened or consumed items cannot be returned under any condition.

2. Time Window for Complaints

You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof.

Without unboxing video, claims related to damage, missing items, or tampering may not be accepted.

3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved:

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened packets

  • Used or partially consumed products

  • Gift items & hampers (unless damaged)

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders placed during seasonal sales, bulk orders or special offers

6. Exchange Policy

At the moment, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
Eligible cases will receive replacement of the same item or refund, depending on stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the package returns to us due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Repeated delivery attempts failed

  • Customer unavailable

Shipping charges may be deducted from refund, or reshipping cost may apply.
